Ingrédients
1 paquet de 8 Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas
1 sachet de Old El Paso™ mélange de condiments avec croûtons pour Crispy Chicken Fajitas
1 pot de Old El Paso™ Chunky Salsa Dip Mild
1 sac (pour la préparation du Crispy Chicken)
500 g de filets de poulet sans peau
125 ml de crème fraîche
2 avocats bien mûrs, pelés, dénoyautés et coupés
1 poivron rouge, épépiné et coupé
1 grande salade romaine, déchirée en morceaux
Jus et zeste râpé d’1 citron vert
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile de germe de maïs
2 cuillères à soupe de coriandre hachée
Poivre noir, moulu
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 225°C (fan 205°C, gas mark 7–8).
Cut the chicken into thin strips. Put the chicken strips into a bag with the oil and the Old El Paso™ Crispy Chicken Fajitas seasoning mix. Seal and shake until the chicken is evenly coated.
Spread the chicken strips out on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and bake for 15 minutes, until cooked through and crisp.
Griddle the Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas on a preheated grill pan over a medium heat for 30 seconds on each side, until golden and crisp. Cut each tortilla into 4 triangles.
For the dressing, mix together the sour cream, lime juice, lime zest and coriander.
Put the lettuce, pepper and avocado into a large bowl and gently toss. Top with the crispy chicken strips and tuck the tortilla wedges around the salad.
Drizzle over the dressing and spoon over a little Old El Paso™ Chunky Salsa Dip, then finish with a sprinkle of black pepper.
