ca. 120 ml Lagerbier, z. B. Boston Lager
ca. 240 g geriebener amerikanischer Käse
ca. 120 g geriebener milder Cheddar
1 Glas (ca. 115 g) Old El Paso™ Sliced Jalapeños, abgetropft

1 mittelgroße Avocado, entkernt, geschält und gehackt
1 mittelgroße Tomate, entkernt und gehackt
2 Esslöffel frisch gehackte Korianderblätter
Anweisungen
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Line a large baking tray with baking parchment. Spread the tortilla chips out on the tray and warm in the oven for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the beer in a 2-litre saucepan over a medium heat until it just starts to simmer. Gradually whisk in the cheeses, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Stir in the jalapeños.
In a medium bowl, mix the beans with the salsa. Microwave uncovered on high for 2–3 minutes.
To serve, spoon half the cheese sauce over the warm chips, then add half the bean mixture. Repeat with the remaining cheese sauce and beans. Serve with the remaining toppings.
